The information on this website
The website describes the appliances we repair, the problems people call us about and the places we check. It is general information, not a diagnosis of your appliance. The drawings and 3D pictures show typical machines; yours may look different.
Requests and appointments
Sending the booking form or the callback form asks us to call you. It is not yet an appointment: we call you back and agree the day and time of the visit with you. We work every day, 9am to 8pm. Same-day service is available, but it depends on the day’s schedule.
Please give us a phone number where we can reach you. If you need to cancel or move your visit, please tell us as early as you can.
Where we work
We come to the towns listed on our Service Areas page. Some towns there are served on request. If your town is not on the list, call and ask.
Diagnosis, repairs and parts
- Finding the fault — the diagnostic visit — costs $75. When you go ahead with the repair, the $75 is waived; if you decide not to, you pay the $75 for the visit and the diagnosis.
- The cost of a repair depends on the fault and the machine.
- We install original manufacturer parts only.
- Every repair carries a 60-day warranty: it covers the parts we install working properly for 60 days, when the appliance is used as intended. For its details, ask the technician or call us.
Payment
We accept cash, checks, credit cards, bank transfer, Zelle and Venmo.
Using the website
You may use the website to learn about our services and to contact us. Please don’t misuse it — for example, by sending false requests, trying to break into it or overloading it.
Please don’t copy the website’s words, drawings or pictures for your own business without our permission. Where a page names another source (for example, the map boundaries from the U.S. Census Bureau), that source’s terms apply to its material.
Links to other websites
Some pages link to other websites, such as the sources listed on our town pages. We don’t run those websites and are not responsible for what they say.

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is general information, and we may change or pause it at any time. To the fullest extent New Jersey law allows, we are not responsible for loss or damage that comes from relying on the website’s general information instead of having your appliance checked, or from the website being unavailable.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer under New Jersey or federal law, or our responsibility for the work we carry out for you.
